Job summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a dedicated, organized dishwasher to join a fast-paced team. You will wash prep tubs, pans, and other cookware, restock items, sanitize high-touch points, switch out utensils, and sanitize counters and machines.

You will use our software to document completed tasks and assist with other duties as needed. The role rewards reliability, teamwork, and strict adherence to food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal work experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing prep tubs, utensils, and pans.
• Prepare kitchen for next shift by prepping, cleaning, and restocking makelines, coke coolers and walk-in.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen.
• Storing deliveries.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially if items are broken or spilled.
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
• Supporting other staff with other tasks as needed.
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
• Learning to properly use our automated dishwashers.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast -paced environment. The Dishwasher’s duties include washing our prep tubs, pans, and other cookware we do not have full- service dining, so we do not have any tableware and we have automated dishwashers. When not doing dishes, you will need to restock items, prep food, sanitize high touch points every hour, switch out utensils every 2 hours and sanitize counters, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, use our software program to document the completed tasks, and other duties, as needed.
To be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.
