Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support our fast-paced dining operation. You will maintain the flow of all restaurant washables, breakdown the kitchen, and keep dishes and floors clean and sanitized to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive washing tasks.
• Attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Maintain the flow of all restaurant washables.
• Break down the kitchen and wash all utensils not in use.
• Keep dishes and floor areas clean and sanitized.
• Ensure cleanliness for food prep and guest serving.
• Support a clean, organized station at all times.

What you will do:

• Properly maintain cleanliness of all dishes and floor area.
• Ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests.
• Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times.
