Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in Wichita, KS is seeking a reliable Dishwasher for weekend shifts from 6am to 2pm on a part-time basis.

You will operate the dishwashing machine, maintain a sanitary kitchen, assist with receiving supplies, and help ensure a clean, safe dining environment. Previous food-service experience preferred; high school diploma not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of previous experience in a food-service role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes and utensils.
• Maintains clean and sanitary kitchen areas by cleaning floors and surfaces.
• Cleans production equipment as needed and assists in receiving of supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and records daily cleaning activities.

Our community is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
