Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a Dishwasher for LYFE Kitchen to keep all dishes, utensils, and kitchen surfaces clean and sanitized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience or interest is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area
• Properly handle trash, recycling and cleaning supplies
• Support BOH team with cleaning and restocking

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area
• Properly handle trash, recycling and cleaning supplies

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Food service certified within 30 days of hire
• Minimum age requirement of 17 years old
