Responsabilités

• Set up the pot sink according to HACCP practices and wash pots and pans as required.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and service areas as required.
• Remove garbage as directed in a safe manner.
• Support the Chef and culinary team and dish room operators as needed.

Key PurposeThe Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role ensures a safe and efficient kitchen environment by washing, drying, and organizing items, as well as assisting with basic cleaning tasks.
