Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware, and help with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies while following OSHA and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned

Pay Range:

15.00 - 18.75

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
