Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in New York is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations, keep dishwashing stations clean, and ensure safety and sanitation throughout shifts.

You will operate dish machines, wash and sanitize service ware, and maintain logs per guidelines. The role includes daily cleaning tasks and potential support for dining service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned

Pay Range

Pay Range: 13.50 - 16.88
