Sodexo seeks a Dishwasher for the Lake Placid Olympic Center in Lake Placid, NY. The role supports kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment to maintain a steady flow of clean service ware during daily operations and events.

The position offers flexible shifts with full-time or part-time options, paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior dishwashing or food service

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manual washing stations in line with sanitation standards.
• Ensure clean items are stored and organized for reuse.
• Assist with removal of trash, food waste and recyclables from dish areas.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regularity.

This role is essential to maintaining a steady flow of clean serviceware and supporting kitchen and service teams during daily operations and events.Dishwashers work primarily in dish rooms and kitchen support areas and focus on warewashing, sanitation, and maintaining the cleanliness of assigned workstations.
