• Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
• Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetingsPerform other cleaning duties, as assigned
