The DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown is a premier full-service hotel located in the heart of downtown Tulsa, connected to the Cox Business Convention Center via a Skybridge. Our hotel features 411 stylish guest rooms, over 24,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and exceptional dining options.

We are seeking a team member to join our Food and Beverage team. We are committed to providing:

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area
• Breaking down trays, setting up dish machines, washing dishware, and storing all clean china, glass, and silverware properly
• Emptying trashcans and cleaning inside and outside
• Thoroughly cleaning the dock area
• Breaking down and cleaning dish machines inside and out
• Cleaning all breakdown tables and kitchen tile walls and baseboards

You can work in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and silverware, and have experience working with commercial dish machines and cleaners. You enjoy working with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
