• Safely and skillfully clean service ware, cookware, and utensils, including polishing stainless and silverware
• Maintain safety in the kitchen by promptly clearing spills and keeping all surfaces clean
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins when over ¾ full
• Keep the dishwashing area organized and tidy
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects
