The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in New York. You will load the dishwasher with dirty dishes from bussers, unload clean items, and perform general cleaning tasks as directed by the manager.

Responsibilities

• Load the dishwasher with dirty dishes and unload cleaned items.
• Pre-rinse and load tableware into the machine.
• Unload and store items in proper areas.
• Sweep and mop floors to keep the kitchen clean.
• Monitor detergent and cleaning supply levels.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Attend team meetings.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by the bussers and unloading clean dishes. You will also be doing general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager. The ideal candidate is hardworking and reliable! Responsibilities

• Remove food from plates
• Pre‑rinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
• Unload the dishwasher and put items away in the proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
