The Country Club of Buffalo is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our culinary team led by Executive Chef Joe Piazza. You will maintain clean dishware, support kitchen stations, and help with deliveries and general cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have prior kitchen or dishwashing experience, strong time management, and the ability to stand for long shifts. The role offers lunch/dinner service, a yearly bonus, employee golf, and other incentives in a collaborative club atmosphere.

Qualificações

• Previous dishwashing/kitchen experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
• Unloading and storing deliveries
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures

The Country Club of Buffalo is looking to hire Dishwashers to support our highly functional and regarded team. The Culinary Team is led by Executive Chef Joe Piazza CEC, CCA, AAC, who has led some of the greatest country club culinary operations in the country and throughout his career.

Ideal Dishwasher Candidates should possess the following attributes:

Positive, creative, and adaptable personality. Ability to work in high paced environment and under pressure while maintaining high standards. Able to work both independently and as a team. Driven and focused on providing the best quality of service and food at all times.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:
