Job summary

23 Restaurant Services is seeking a Dishwasher (Heart of House Hero) to help keep our dish areas and kitchen gear spotless and well organized. You will support the team by ensuring cleanliness across the dish room, back dock and kitchen while following safety standards.

The role requires full-time commitment, the ability to stand for long periods, and readiness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We offer a fun culture with growth opportunities in the restaurant industry.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests and team members experience clean and safe environments in the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish and work areas, bathrooms, trash cans, floors, back dock and kitchen.
• Handle chemicals and dishwashing machinery according to safety standards.
• Assist in food prep and other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation):

• Requires ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature, and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions

Our Dishwashers are Responsible for:

• Ensuring both our guests and our team members are experiencing our restaurants in the cleanest and safest ways
• Owning the maintenance and cleanliness of dish and work areas, bathrooms, trash cans, floors, parking lots, back dock and kitchen
• Handling and using chemicals and dishwashing machinery according to safety standards
• Assisting in food prep and any other duties as requested
