Job summary

Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, NV is hiring a PT Swing Shift Dishwasher for David’s Grill. No prior experience is required but training will be provided; must be 16 or older with reliable attendance.

You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, handle dishwashing duties, and support the team during busy periods at this Troon-managed property. Benefits include Healthcare (Medical/Dental/Vision) and a 401(k) with employer match.

• Regular and Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
