Job summary

JDK Management Company is seeking a Dishwasher to help keep the restaurant running smoothly by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for use. A team-focused employee will thrive in a safe and efficient environment that supports coworkers and guests.

No experience is required, though dishwashing experience is a plus. Employees should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced setting, and stay on their feet for long periods of time as part of a dynamic

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces.
• Support kitchen and front-of-house team members with cleaning and stocking tasks as needed.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
