• Clean and organized prep and service areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and general cleanliness.

• Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility.
