Olympia Hospitality is hiring a dishwasher to support a busy kitchen in Schroon Lake, NY. You will operate dishwashing equipment, clean and sanitize dishware, and help maintain a safe, orderly workspace. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to cleanliness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.
• Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and adhere to sanitation policies.

An extraordinary dining experience begins with clean dishes and silverware, with that in mind, the Dishwasher is very important to the success of our business. This person ensures that all dishes and silverware are spotless and sparkling. Responsibilities include safely operating an automatic dishwashing machine, washing pots and pans, performing general kitchen clean-up duties and disposing of all waste.

Pay rate: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by hand or using dishwashers.
• Sort and stack clean dishes properly, ensuring they are stored in designated areas.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Adhere to proper food handling and storage guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
