Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and stooping.
• Work safely in wet, hot, and occasionally cold environments.
• Safely climb ladders when necessary.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday.
• Respond quickly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• This position is performed in a commercial kitchen and bakery environment. Employees should expect exposure to hot and cold temperatures, kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and moderate noise levels. Strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards is required.
