Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Sandestin, FL is hiring dish/pantry/kitchen support to keep a busy island-style restaurant running smoothly. You’ll work in a team, scrub, sanitize, and maintain clean tableware and cooking gear, while helping ensure safety and sanitation are top priorities.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation standards.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

• Clean and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in line with standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Safely maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
