Job summary

Provincial Senior Living in San Antonio, TX seeks a friendly Dishwasher to join our dining services team. You will operate the dishwashing machine and ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are clean and sanitized.

You will help maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen by cleaning floors, following schedules, and assisting in receiving supplies. A high school diploma is preferred and prior food service experience is encouraged. Flexible FT/PT hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of prior dishwasher or food service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.
