Tony C's Beer Garden in Austin, TX, is seeking Back of House team members to support kitchen operations, dish pit management, prep, and order assembly. You will work with a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers pay up to $20 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the family-owned hospitality brand that has deep roots in authentic Italian American cuisine.

The Ciola family has been serving authentic Italian American food since 1949. At Tony C’s Beer Garden, third-generation restaurateur, Tony Ciola, features some of his favorite family recipes and New York Style Pizza prepared in Austin’s original coal-fired ovens.

Back of House Team Members will support the kitchen operations, whether it is managing the dish pit, prepping with fresh, high-quality ingredients, or building each order, working together as a team to create the very best.
