Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a hands-on team member for a fast-paced kitchen.

You'll keep dishes and smallwares moving, maintain a clean dish pit and kitchen floors, and jump in wherever the team needs a hand to help the restaurant run smoothly.

The Physical Stuff:

This role is hands‑on and high‑energy. You’ll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stock room areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
