Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Plymouth Beach is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized dishware and ensuring food-safety standards in a senior living community.

You will set up stations, run dish machines, log sanitation temps, assist with storage and rotations, and support dining service to help residents enjoy safe, high-quality meals.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain clean and sanitized work areas.
• Knowledge of food safety basics and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
