Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Dishwasher to join The Goat team at locations including Pflugerville, TX. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness of kitchenware and equipment, ensuring safe, organized kitchen and dining areas, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

As a member of the Back of House, you will help provide genuine hospitality through clean tools, adherence to health standards, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of back-of-house kitchen experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.

The Difference You Will Make

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment. This role ensures the kitchen and dining areas remain safe, clean, and fully stocked to support smooth restaurant operations. The Dishwasher ensures all items are cleaned according to health and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, shelves, and machines.
• Assist kitchen staff by providing clean kitchen tools and equipment promptly.
• Ability to follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures consistently.

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
