Job summary

Topgolf North Charleston seeks a dedicated dishwasher to support the kitchen team in a fast-paced entertainment venue. You will wash and sanitize dishes, keep stations clean, and assist with deliveries.

This role emphasizes teamwork, physical stamina, and adherence to sanitation standards; a positive attitude and reliability are valued features in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Dishwasher experience is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Stand for long periods and lift heavy trays.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Team player attitude with effective communication skills.
