Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations in our NY facility. You will set up dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware to meet food safety standards.

The role involves maintaining logs and assisting with general cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, organized kitchen for residents. As part of our catering team, you will help rotate supplies, support dining service duties as assigned, and follow OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
