Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America in Manhattan is seeking a friendly, energetic Dishwasher to support busy restaurant operations. You will wash dishes using a 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher, ensuring wares are clean, sanitized, and ready for service.

In addition to dishwashing, you’ll help maintain overall cleanliness, manage trash, unload deliveries, and assist the team as needed, helping keep the kitchen organized and ready for every shift.

Job description

As a Dishwasher, you are an essential part of keeping the restaurant running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for washing dishes using both the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher, ensuring all wares are clean, sanitized, and ready for service.

Beyond dishwashing, you’ll help maintain overall cleanliness throughout the restaurant, manage trash in accordance with property regulations, unload deliveries, and support the team wherever needed. Your role keeps the kitchen organized, efficient, and set up for success every shift.
