Job summary

Level99 is hiring a Dishwasher to support the back-of-house team with cleaning, sanitizing and organizing dishes and smallwares. The role collaborates closely with culinary management to maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

OVERVIEW

The Dishwasher is a Team Member position in the food and beverage department. Working side by side with both our team members and the management team to support execution in all types of back of house tasks. The Dishwasher is hands‑on, in the trenches, providing support to the Chef De Cuisine, Team Members, and Level99 overall. We provide top tier experiences in a facility that strives to exceed expectations. The Dishwasher helps to get everything right, continually improving, learning from mistakes, and remembering the small details matter just as much as the big ones. A successful Dishwasher will be able to learn and take direction, while upholding our high standards.

• Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
