Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to join our California communities. This role supports our food service teams by washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining clean service areas, and assisting with supply receiving.

The position requires flexibility to cover various shifts and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. Ideal candidates may have 1 year of prior dishwashing or food service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in food service or dishwasher role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machine and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas, including floors and surfaces.
• Assist in receiving supplies and maintaining inventory.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health standards and daily/weekly cleaning schedules.

Our community is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team.

Dishwasher Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
