Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a reliable dishwasher to help keep our kitchen clean and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. You will wash dishes, utensils, and cookware, and contribute to unloading deliveries while ensuring sanitary conditions across all work areas.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; HS diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Experience as a dishwasher or similar role is a plus.
• Must work well in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen.
• Must maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Store clean dishes and cooking equipment in designated areas.
• Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.
• Sweep, mop, and empty trash; maintain kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Sort and dispose of trash in designated pickup areas.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Team player attitude with effective communication skills.
