Job summary

The Waterford at Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support kitchen operations and ensure spotless dishware for residents and staff. You will join a team that emphasizes resident care and a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis (occasionally up to 50 pounds, unassisted).

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals to guests.
• Cleans and organizes dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed.
• Handles overall cleanliness of kitchen and service areas and assists cook on serving line during meal periods.
• Washes and inspects all dishware and glassware; stores clean utensils, dishes, and glassware properly.
• Keeps the dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition.
• Sweeps and mops the kitchen area and waitress stations; cleans filters over stove area.
