Job summary

Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a Part Time Dishwasher to support our F&B team and keep our kitchens clean and running for an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, stand for 8 hours, and join a team that values dependability and guest focus. Starting wage is $16.02/hr with time-and-a-half on eligible holidays; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and life insurance, plus perks like dining discounts and an employee referral program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Background check or gaming license eligibility.
• Customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• You help deliver the guest experience through helping to keep our restaurants running and our kitchens clean.
• You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesn\'t mind getting a bit wet or dirty and is happy to jump in and help with other tasks whenever needed.
• You take pride in your work, dishwashing and cleaning until the kitchen and everything in it sparkles just like you\'d expect
• You are conscientious about adhering to all service, health, safety, and personal hygiene standards.
• While you\'re self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie that\'s inherent in a tight-knit kitchen team.
• You are happy to take advantage of our excellent training and are considering advancing in a hospitality or culinary career.

Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a Part Time Dishwasher to help our F&B team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. If you are a dynamic, dependable, and guest-focused individual, we would be lucky to have you join our F&B team in this position!

This position starts at a competitive starting wage of $16.02/hr plus time and a half pay for select holidays and high-volume business days. • Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment
• Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
• Ability to pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license
