Gen3 Hospitality in Las Vegas is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the back-of-house. You will wash dishes, pots and pans, polish silverware, and help ensure the kitchen is ready for daily business.

The role requires basic English, physical stamina, and the ability to work weekends and some holidays. This full-time position supports multiple shifts and contributes to a fast-paced restaurant environment where cleanliness and efficiency are essential for service

Qualifications

• 1 year of cleaning experience in a restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to speak and read basic English.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the property.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain stamina.

Description

The primary responsibility of a dishwasher is to ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all back of house kitchen. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Position Requirements

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following

• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots and pans.
• Cleans up all trash in kitchens and/or assigned areas.
• Polishes silverware.
• Ensure assigned kitchen is prepared to meet anticipated level of business for the day.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of proper chemical storage.
• Provides proper support to other departments involved in overall kitchen success.
• Consistently meet required sanitation standards.
• Accomplish daily cleaning duties in an efficient and proper manner.
• Adheres to and complies with both departmental and overall property policies and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as directed by management.

Required:

• 1 year of cleaning experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Ability to speak and read basic English.
• Physical ability to access all areas of the property.
• Must be able to work based on business’ demands, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction, work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to noise, and dust.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina.
