Black Angus Steakhouses is seeking dependable DISHWASHERS to support a high-standards kitchen and deliver a memorable guest experience. You will operate industrial dishwashers, sort and rack items, monitor detergents and temperatures, and keep the station clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a dishwashing machine and manage proper load/load checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas.
• Flexibility to work around personal schedules and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Properly operate a dishwashing machine.
• Sort and rack dishes and glasses in racks provided.
• Load machine and monitor detergent, rinse agent, and water temperature.
• Drain and refill machines as needed and every two hours.
• Spot check items for cleanliness after rinse cycle.
• Pre-soak silverware per procedures.
• Clean station and dishwasher at end of shifts.
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules.
• Restock kitchen with clean china.
• Perform duties with a friendly demeanor.

We are looking for DISHWASHERS who know how to provide a Memorable Experience for our Guests. Can you:

• Properly operate a dishwashing machine?
• Sort and rack dishes and glasses in racks provided?
• Load machine, check for detergent, rinse agent levels and prescribed water temperature?
• Drain and refill machines every two hours?
• Spot check items for cleanliness at the end of rinse cycle?
• Know the proper procedures for pre-soaking silverware?
• Clean station, break down and clean dishwasher?
• Clean according to daily/weekly cleaning schedules?
• Re-stock kitchen and pantry area with clean china?
• Perform these duties with a friendly manner?
