About the Role:

Embrace the energetic atmosphere, collaborate with your team, and help ensure every meal meets our premium Real Cajun Real Fast dishes. You'll be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and supporting your team to deliver top-notch Cajun food. Key Responsibilities
  • Wash dishes at a high quality that meet our restaurant's standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy
  • Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience
  • Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
  • Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests
  • Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management
  • Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements for Success:

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be changed
  • Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
  • Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license
