The Old Spaghetti Factory is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will wash and sanitize dishes and cookware, store items properly, and maintain a clean dishwashing area to support dining operations.

No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential. You should be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Dishwasher Position:

The Dishwasher is a key member of the kitchen team and plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant's operations. This position is crucial in upholding our high standards for food safety, sanitation and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

What You Will Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen cookware efficiently and promptly, following established procedures and standards.
• Handle and store all dishes, utensils, and equipment properly to maintain cleanliness and prevent breakage or damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dishwashing area, including sweeping, squeegeeing, mopping, and emptying trash as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and disposal of waste, and assist in maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
