Job summary

Colonial Golf & Tennis Club in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and keep dishes, utensils, and service areas clean for members and guests. You will wash, stock, and rotate wares, assist with daily cleaning, and help maintain sanitation standards in a fast-paced, club environment.

Regular attendance and flexibility for weekends/evenings are required. Experience in a kitchen or commercial dishwashing is preferred, and a positive attitude and reliability

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, pots, pans, etc. in dish machine or by hand.
• Assists in stocking and rotating incoming products.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk in shelving, steam tables, and hoods and exhaust system.
• Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Sweeps and mops floors.

About the position...

The Dishwasher cleans and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware. This role overall, helps maintains the cleanliness of the entire kitchen to ensure a safe and healthy area for meals that are being prepared for members and guests.
