Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Greenville, SC is seeking a Dishwasher to keep kitchen and dining ware clean and sanitized. You will be the backbone that keeps the kitchen running.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, monitoring water temperature for sanitary cycles, maintaining supplies, and supporting a cooperative, fast-paced team environment. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is available and benefits are provided.

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized.

• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.

THE ROLE

As a dishwasher, you will ensure that cooking and table wares for the kitchen and dining room are clean and sanitized. You will be the backbone that keeps the whole kitchen running.

What we will ask of you:

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times
