Job summary

Calyx Living in Fuquay-Varina, NC, is hiring Dishwashers to wash dishes and assist with meal preparation in our assisted living community. You will follow menus, recipes, portion controls, and time schedules while supporting cooks during peak service times.

Ideal candidates may have 1–2 years in food handling, with a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work quickly during rush hours. Prep experience is preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food handling and prep as directed by kitchen staff.

Calyx Living is actively seeking Dishwashers for our assisted living community! We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts!

Calyx is looking to hireDishwashers to wash dishes and help prepare food items needed for the meal service while following the established menu, standardized recipes, portion control guides and food production time schedules. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to washing dishes, food handling, preparing the kitchen for peak service times, and making sure cooks have adequate supplies during peak service.
