Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a dishwasher to join our food services team on site. You will operate the dishwashing machine, clean and sanitize dishes, and help maintain a safe and orderly kitchen environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and up to one year of prior experience. Flexibility with hours and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important.EOE D/V

Responsibilities

• Operates dish-washing machine to wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter-free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
