Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC in Farmington, NM, is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support cooks with prep work and our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. You will be part of a team that prioritizes guest satisfaction and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to stand 8-12 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work well with others while following all safety procedures. We offer competitive pay and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team under fast-paced conditions.
• Able to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist cooks with prep and clean-up as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Sanitize dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Operate the dishwasher and related equipment safely.
• Empty trash in kitchen and other areas.
• Support cooks with prep and biscuit production as needed.

Your responsibilities as a Dishwasher/Utility will include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
• Working as one kitchen, by supporting the Cooks with prep work, preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
• Focusing on your team and guests - every decision made should always have the guest and team in mind
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Culinary experience preferred
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
