• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial high-temp dishwasher or by hand as needed in a 3-compartment sink
• Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards
• Organize and stack clean dishes properly for storage
• Assist with kitchen maintenance tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, and cleaning dish equipment
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
