Job summary

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate in Davenport, FL is seeking a part-time dishwasher to join our fast-paced hospitality team. You will help maintain cleanliness and sanitation across dishware, cookware, and dining areas while supporting daily operations.

As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, you will work with a collaborative team, learn standard procedures, and contribute to a clean, safe dining environment. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils and uses the dish machine.
• Sorts and stacks clean dishes.
• Changes dishwater in the dish machine hourly.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand.
• Removes trash and garbage to the dumpster.
• Sets up or breaks down the dishwashing area.
• Cleans and rolls/unrolls mats.
• Fills and empties soaking tubs with cleaning solutions.
• Sweeps and mops floors.
• Cleans exterior areas around the restaurant and dumpster.
• Maintains compliance with health regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Description

The Oasis Club at Champions Gate located in Davenport, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Dishwasher! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Overview

The Dishwasher and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and similar items, using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and places them in racks to send through the dish machine
• Sorts and stacks clean dishes
• Changes dishwater in the dish machine every hour
• Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand
• Removes trash and garbage to the dumpster
• Sets up or breaks down the dishwashing area
• Cleans and rolls/unrolls mats
• Fills and empties soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• Sweeps and mops floors
• Sweeps up trash around the exterior of the restaurant and garbage dumpster
• Conducts general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• Wipes up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
• Maintains full compliance with Department of Health regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
