Job summary

The Sail Loft is a standout restaurant in a waterfront setting, part of Servedwell Hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join the heart of the house team and support rapid service with teamwork and hospitality.

You will maintain washables flow, ensure cleanliness for safe food prep and service, and perform deep cleaning of all stations and surfaces to uphold quality and guest experiences.

• Maintain the flow of all of the restaurant washables
• Ensure that everything is cleaned properly for preparing and serving food to our guests
• Deep clean all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized at all times

The Sail Loft is our newest restaurant, serving Innovative Coastal Cuisine. It is part of Servedwell Hospitality, owners of The Black Whale, Cisco New Bedford, Cultivator Shoals, and Joe's Original restaurants. We are known for high quality creative seafood, raw bar and coastal cuisine, paired with excellent service, in a one of a kind waterfront location.

As a Dishwasher, you are a valuable member of the heart of the house team! You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.
