Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living Moon Township in Coraopolis, PA is hiring a part-time Dishwasher for the day shift. You will clean, sanitize, and organize dishes and kitchenware while maintaining sanitation standards and helping support meal service.

The role offers competitive pay of $14.00–$15.00 per hour, with weekend and holiday rotations required, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is required.
• Must be comfortable working in a senior living community with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the dish room and kitchen areas clean, orderly, and compliant with sanitation standards.
• Ensure kitchens and dining areas are stocked with clean serviceware to support meal preparation and service.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hygiene practices in a senior living community.
• Assist with routine kitchen duties, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents and coworkers in shared spaces.
• Notify leadership of equipment malfunctions, low supplies, or safety concerns.
• Clean and stock workstations and storage areas to ensure efficient meal production.

What You'll Do:

• Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety guidelines

• Ensure kitchens and dining areas are continuously stocked with clean serviceware to support meal preparation and service
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hygiene practices required in a senior living community
• Assist with routine kitchen support duties, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents and coworkers in shared spaces
• Promptly notify leadership of equipment malfunctions, low supplies, or safety concerns
• Clean and stock kitchen workstations, storage areas, and supply locations to ensure efficient and sanitary meal production
