Job summary

Urban Egg is seeking a reliable and efficient Dishwasher to join our team. This role helps maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensures dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage areas
• Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and use
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and recycling guidelines
• Remove waste regularly
