Job summary

Cicis in Coppell, TX is hiring a part-time dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly by washing and sanitizing dishes, pans, and utensils. You will support the buffet line by restocking and cleaning as needed.

No prior experience is required; we will train the right person. Must be 16+, able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize all buffet pans, pizza trays, utensils, cups, and kitchen equipment using our commercial dishwashing machine and 3-compartment sink.
• Clean and restock plates, bowls, silverware, and cups at the buffet line so guests always have what they need.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Empty kitchen trash cans, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and ensure the dish area remains organized, clean, and safe.
• Prep Assistance: Help the kitchen crew with basic prep work as needed.
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all local health department regulations and restaurant safety standards.

Job Description

Dishwasher employees will be responsible for keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring clean dishes, pans, and buffet utensils are always ready to go. Because we are a fast-paced buffet, keeping up with the rush is key to our success.

Core Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Wash, rinse, and sanitize all buffet pans, pizza trays, utensils, cups, and kitchen equipment using our commercial dishwashing machine and 3-compartment sink
• Clean and restock plates, bowls, silverware, and cups at the buffet line so guests always have what they need
• Kitchen Maintenance: Empty kitchen trash cans, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and ensure the dish area remains organized, clean, and safe
• Prep Assistance: Help the kitchen crew with basic prep work, like unboxing inventory or wiping down food prep stations during slower periods
• Safety & Sanitation: Follow all local health department regulations and restaurant safety standards
