Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support kitchen operations, maintain clean, sanitized work areas, and ensure all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You’ll set up dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize items, keep temperature logs, and assist with storage and rotation of supplies while following OSHA regulations and contributing to a safe, organized kitchen that supports resident

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
