Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our fast-paced kitchen and dining areas. You will help keep dishware clean and sanitized, enabling smooth operations across the kitchen and dining room.

Key responsibilities include operating the dish machine, ensuring sanitary wash cycles, maintaining supplies, and assisting team members as needed. This is a great entry point with growth opportunities within IRHG.

• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load, run and unload the dish machine while keeping the dish room clean and organized.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report any issues.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.

THE ROLE

As a dishwasher, you will ensure that cooking and table wares for the kitchen and dining room are clean and sanitized. You will be the backbone that keeps the whole kitchen running.

What we will ask of you

• Load, run and unload dish machine while keeping dish room clean and organized
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents, cleaning supplies, and clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times

• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
